Growing up in the hardware store, Cripe knew early on that working for the family business was his life calling. When he took over partial ownership of the four-store company in January 2013 he immediately put multiple improvements, enhancements, updates and resets in to place, resulting in outstanding financial results. He also spearheaded initiatives to improve store environment and customer service, while continuously working to improve store operations.
