Survey: How Does Your Employee Compensation Compare?

Do you know how much businesses similar to yours are paying their cashiers or how much they spend on workers’ health insurance?

Employee compensation is a massive investment for your operation. Knowing what your peers throughout the industry are doing can help you better gauge whether you’re spending too much or can find new ways to upgrade the benefits you offer employees.

The North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) is gathering data from independent home improvement retailers for the 2017 edition of its Employee Compensation Study to determine industry trends and best practices related to employee compensation. To make this year’s study a valuable resource for all retailers, consider completing this survey to contribute.

All retailers who take the survey and provide an email address will receive a free PDF copy of the completed study. When you participate in the survey, you will also be entered in a drawing for one of six $100 gift cards.

Any information submitted for this study will be held in strict confidentiality, and no individual retailer’s information will be published. All data will be used in aggregate. Complete the survey today.
