Loyalty Program Keeps Customers Coming Back

One way to keep loyal customers coming back is a rewards or loyalty program. But with so many companies offering loyalty programs today, you want to make sure yours stands out.

Customers at Family Farm & Home, which has more than 50 locations throughout Michigan, Indiana and Ohio, are reminded of the Homegrown Rewards loyalty program whenever they come in the store. Not only are there booklets at the store offering customers a way to sign up, as well as some facts about how the program works, but there are signs throughout the store, on endcaps and in the aisles, reminding customers about the program and the savings it can bring.

The signs match the rest of the store’s signage, keeping the company’s branding consistent throughout, and are small enough that they don’t interfere with customers’ ability to easily look at products and prices. But they serve as a reminder to customers about the loyalty program and the savings it can bring them.
