As a fourth-generation executive, Jones began her career in the family business as an Assistant Store Manager, and then transitioned to the business’ headquarters team in 2008. She worked to centralize sales and consolidate delivery routes with McCoy’s delivery fleet, and is dedicated to developing a strong legacy plan to ensure that the 84 stores, $600 million operation continues to thrive for many years to come.

Meagan McCoy Jones is one of 8 winners of this year’s Young Retailer of the Year Award.
