Your Online Presence vs. Customer Expectations

Take this survey to help the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) determine if independent retailers’ online presence and use of online platforms meet customer expectations.

When you finish the survey, you’ll be entered to win one of five $100 Visa gift cards.

The association is compiling data for the 2017 State of Independents Conference and would like to know how you use your website(s) and social media for business. Your responses will help NRHA and independent retailers understand if industry trends in online usage are in line with what customers are looking for digitally from home improvement businesses.

Your responses will be kept completely confidential and the survey results will be presented in an aggregate report to help channel partners understand how they can assist independent retailers in today’s digital environment. No individual responses will be revealed.
