Shortly after Kreffer took over partial ownership of the store, it and the community were devastated by a flood. Five months after the flood, thanks to hard work and careful management of her resources, Heather opened a new and improved High River Home Hardware. Under Heather’s leadership, the new store offers an improved customer experience and increased levels of customer service.
