3 Ways to Utilize Apple Business Connect

Released in January 2023, Apple Business Connect is a free tool that gives businesses the ability to customize their location place cards with images, information and promotions. These customizations can then be seen by more than a billion Apple users on Apple Maps, Messages, Wallet and Siri.

“We created Business Connect to provide Apple users around the world with the most accurate information for places to eat, shop, travel and more,” says Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of services. “Apple Business Connect gives every business owner the tools they need to connect with customers more directly and take more control over the way billions of people see and engage with their products and services every day.”

Business owners can use their existing Apple ID—or create a new Apple ID—to register for Business Connect on the website. Once a business has logged in and Apple has verified their business, they can claim their location(s) and begin updating and personalizing their place card.

Take advantage of these features of Apple Business Connect:

Personalize company information. Claim all of your locations and keep important information like address, phone number and hours up to date.

Create promotions. Apple place cards now include Showcases, where a business can share offers, incentives and discounts with customers.

Add images. Include a header image, photos of your business and logos on your place card to highlight your business.
