Updating endcaps and other displays is a quick and easy way to make your store more visually appealing to your customers. As you can see here, the “before” photo shows plenty of pegboard and empty spaces, and cans aren’t forward-facing. It doesn’t take long to make changes, though. In the “after” photo, the display is neatly organized by color and size, and all products are forward-facing on the fronts of the shelves. There’s even enough space for extra product. As you walk through your store, look at your displays and see what changes you can make. You can work on your displays a couple minutes here and there throughout the day. Encourage your employees to do the same during their shifts. Together, you can take your endcaps and displays to the next level.
