Home Hardware Recaps 2020 Virtual Market

Home Hardware is celebrating the success of its 2020 Virtual Fall Market, which began Sept. 13 and ran until Sept. 23.

“We are thrilled with the success of our 2020 Virtual Fall Market, which built on the experience and capabilities of our inaugural virtual market held in the spring,” says Kevin Macnab, president and CEO of Home Hardware Stores Ltd. “Our enhanced platform allowed us to deliver engaging presentations in our virtual auditorium and host an interactive trade show, providing dealers with an even better market experience.”

The event featured nine virtual presentations, including key updates on e-commerce enhancements, POS solutions and the company’s 2021 marketing plan. Event organizers say the presentations were viewed more than 7,000 times. In addition, attendees could visit 600 virtual supplier booths.

At the virtual event, Home Hardware lauded Chemong Home Hardware Building Centre in Selwyn, Ontario, Canada as its 2019 Store of the Year award winner.

Home Hardware is Canada’s largest dealer-owned hardware, lumber and building materials home improvement retailer with more than 1,050 stores under its name. For more information on the company and upcoming events, visit Home Hardware online.
