An Inside Look: NRHA’s Retail Management Certification Program

The North American Retail Hardware Association’s (NRHA) Retail Management Certification Program has helped more than 100 leading independent home improvement businesses invest in their futures.

The program is designed to prepare next-generation family members and key employees to take their next step in the business.

Students of the six-month college-level program enhance their skills in strategic planning, decision-making, leadership and management skills while advancing their knowledge in all areas of retail operations, including finance and accounting, human resources management, marketing, sales and more.

Students of the Fall 2017 session of the Retail Management Certification Program recently completed their third and final in-person class sessions.
