Session 1: Who Do You Want Working in Your Business?

The first step to solving labor challenges is to assess (or establish) your core values and decide how your hiring strategies support those values. What strengths do your highest-performing team members have that you want to coach in new team members? What weaknesses could you consider opportunities to develop in potential new hires? What is missing from your current team that would be a critical advantage for your business? The answers to these questions are unique to every operation and business operator, but this presentation will help you identify potential candidate pools that could be the key to differentiating your operation as an employer and business of choice in your community.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to evaluate your team’s strengths and opportunities
  • Steps to creating a meaningful mission and set of core values
