Look Back at the 2019 NRHA All-Industry Conference

The home improvement industry shone bright in Las Vegas last week during the 2019 North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) All-Industry Conference, co-located with the National Hardware Show®. From informative new data to gripping presentations from retail leaders and insight into the trends shaping the channel, attendees gained information and resources to excel.

NRHA All-Industry Conference: Day 1

The conference kicked off today with a keynote presentation from True Value Co. president and CEO John Hartmann. He discussed how the company’s recent transition away from a co-op model has helped provide retailers with additional opportunities to invest in, and grow, their businesses.

NRHA All-Industry Conference: Day 2

The second keynote presentation was delivered by Phillip Helms, regional vice president for Central Network Retail Group (CNRG) brands Elliott’s Hardware and Town & Country Hardware. Helms shared how these companies have evolved to meet the needs of their unique, rapidly growing markets and the role CNRG has played in these processes. 

NRHA All-Industry Conference: Day 3

Retail outreach coordinator Renee Changnon delivered the final presentation of the conference at 10 a.m. on the NRHA Village stage. She reviewed the many ways NRHA fulfills its mission: to help independent retailers run better, more profitable operations.
