NRHA’s Retailer Research Panel

The North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) is looking for retailers who value fresh, pertinent research on best practices and trends in the home improvement retail sector. If you fit this description, join our Retailer Research Panel. Read the instructions below and fill out the following form.

What You Get:

  • Any pertinent research the NRHA conducts.
  • Entrance into quarterly drawings for $250 gift cards.
  • Participation in relevant industry research that will be used in Hardware Retailing magazine, for NRHA events and association resources.

What You Do:

  • Complete one survey a month, committing no more than 30 minutes apiece.
  • Complete each survey within a two-week time frame.
  • Provide demographic information at the beginning of each survey, such as store location and annual sales volume, for aggregate data. All financial information specific to your business will be kept strictly confidential.

What You Need to Know:

  • Surveys will be deployed once per month.
  • Examples of survey topics include loyalty programs, outdoor living trends and branding strategies.
  • You must complete the surveys to receive the research and be entered in the quarterly drawings.
  • The survey results will be combined to form aggregate reports.

*By joining the panel, you agree to complete one survey a month NRHA sends via email. Failure to complete the survey will result in a forfeiture of the three white papers and research. You would also be disqualified from entry into the quarterly drawing.
