The North American Retail Hardware Association’s Retail Management Certification Program can help you fill that training gap. Through three visits to NRHA’s headquarters in Indianapolis, Retail Management Certification Program students will complete home improvement-specific coursework and build a powerful network of independent retail peers. Course subjects include:
- Finance and accounting
- Applied business strategy
- Advanced retail operations
- Human resources management
- Customer service
The program culminates with a business improvement project that students develop specifically to improve their business. Students then present their plans and receive direct feedback from business owners and university instructors to put their plans in action and streamline their business.
