Ring’s End to Acquire Johnson Paint Company 

Ring’s End Inc. has announced it will acquire Johnson Paint Company, effective Jan. 31, 2023. Johnson Paint Co. includes 11 paint stores in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire, and will expand Ring’s End operation to 31 stores in five states in the Northeast. 

“This acquisition helps diversify the markets we service while also furthering our mission to provide industry-leading customer experience in our stores,” says Scott Herling, director of paint operations and marketing for Ring’s End. “The Johnson Team’s commitment to their customer base aligns very well with our commitment to industry-leading customer service. We expect to deliver a consistent premium retail and pro contractor shopping experience across the New England coastal region.”
