The landscape of retail technology and e-commerce has changed dramatically and quickly in the last few years. The need for safe and contactless options during the pandemic hastened many of these changes, but advances were also made to offer customers an improved shopping experience overall.
The North American Hardware and Paint Association (NHPA) is surveying independent retailers, asking them to share their insights on how their approach to or thoughts on retail technology and e-commerce have changed over the last two years.
“NHPA leads the industry in providing targeted research to independent retailers,” says Dan Tratensek, NHPA chief operating officer and publisher. “The data we collect in this survey will provide useful insights into retail technology and e-commerce and help identify trends and changes in how independents have reacted to consumers’ needs over the last two years.”
