NRHA Partnership Offers Human Resources Services

Employee problems, new regulations, market conditions, new competition—you have a lot to worry about besides normal, day-to-day operations at your business.

To help retailers like you streamline human resources processes, the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) and human resources company Tilson have partnered to offer business owners a suite of resources for everything from hiring to compliance and benefits.

Tilson gives retailers an option that bundles human resource services in an integrated management solution. Focusing on professional employer organization services, management systems and business consulting, the company helps store owners remain competitive while functioning without a human resources staff.

Tilson systems and programs have been developed to help companies control costs and increase productivity.
