True Value Ranks No. 1 in National Customer Service Poll

Hardline wholesaler True Value has topped Newsweek’s 2020 list of America’s Best Customer Service Brands in the “Home Improvement Stores” category.

“True Value retailers are winning where it matters most: with customers,” says John Hartmann, president and CEO of True Value Co. “Our stores’ commitment to retail excellence has made True Value a leading brand consumers know and trust worldwide, and this acknowledgement from Newsweek further validates our belief and we are truly honored for this distinguished recognition.”

Newsweek selected the top home improvement brands by surveying “more than 20,000 customers across the U.S. who have either made purchases, used services or gathered information about products or services in the past three years,” according to a press release.

Rounding out the “Home Improvement Stores” category was Ace Hardware in second place, followed by big-box chain Lowe’s.

Overall, Disney Cruise Line ranked as America’s Best Customer Service 2020 provider, followed by Neiman Marcus and The Ritz-Carlton.
