Your New Source for Compliance Training

How are you communicating updates on key compliance issues to your employees? Most retailers must provide training on key topics, such as sexual harassment prevention or workplace safety. Proper training will help you meet government regulations, protect workers and customers and follow best practices while increasing safety awareness among your staff. 

NHPA recently partnered with a trusted name in compliance training, JJ Keller & Associates Inc., to offer HR compliance and workplace safety training in some of the most common topics affecting home improvement and paint and decorating stores.

These courses give retailers a convenient, affordable option for providing the training they need to stay current and compliant with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other federal regulations. 

These courses are available for purchase on an a la carte basis in NHPA’s Training Store, located on NHPA’s learning management system. Courses include interactive elements, videos and a test to check for knowledge retention. Several courses are available in both English and Spanish. While these courses will help meet regulations, retailers will still need to check with their local authorities to see what additional requirements they must meet for full compliance.

3. Create a username and password.
4. Purchase your courses and begin training.
