Identifying a lack of brand messaging and consistency in the variety of current marketing, Ellis spearheaded a rebranding effort and a store name change. The rebrand offered Ellis the opportunity to remodel both stores inside and out, repositioning departments and remerchandising every category. Less than a year after the grand reopening, the Roswell store experienced a 17 percent sales increase.
